For you, abroad
Help them without flying home.
One place to ask, updates in your time zone, and a record of what was done and what it cost.

Who we are, who we're for, and how we work.
During the war, the lines went down. People outside couldn't reach the people they'd left behind — not to help, not to send anything, often not even to find out whether they were safe.
We were among them. And what stayed with us afterwards wasn't the fear. It was how ordinary the need was the rest of the time: a leak nobody could look at, an appointment someone had to be taken to, a birthday that passed without anyone there.
BackHome exists to shorten that distance. Not to replace being there — but so that being far away doesn't mean being unable to help.
You tell us what's going on. We work out what it takes, find someone local we've checked, and stay with you until it's done.
We introduce independent local partners we've checked — and we don't promise what someone else does.
BackHome gives consulting and coordination: we work out what your family needs, find and check the right local person, and agree the time and the price with you before anything starts. We introduce the right independent partner and stay with you from the first message to the record of what was done.
